Gentle things yield to the wind's caress Dancing to its gentle melody Soft petals, supple branches, downy cotton, Delicate blooms, and soothing melodies – All resilient and unbreakable It's the rigid and inflexible that shatter With a resounding crash! A glass shatters, But the water within remains intact. A floral garland may break, But its sweet fragrance endures. Did you think my heart could be broken so easily? translated by Aditya Sharma |
